I was watching the news when it happened. It really did look like a plane was having trouble. Couldn't believe what was happening.

What a nightmare! My best friend's daughter was on the Pentagon plane and my husband knew people in the Tower, his insurance company pals. My son also raced home from college to join the army that day. Mixed bag of emotions - all teary! It's a hard day to get thru even now.

Sadly it's one of those things that everyone - wherever they were in the world - will recall what they were doing when they first heard about it and saw the pictures. Let us just hope some good can eventually come from it.
